INFRARED ILLUMINATOR for ALL Needs. INFRARED??

Infrared lamps emit light in the infrared spectrum. The higher the cut-off wavelength the less visible the light is to the human eye. IR Lamps are available in different wavelengths. Whilst operating, the lower frequency illuminators (e.g. 715nM and 730nM) will give off a faint red glow. Higher frequency shorter wavelength units (e.g. 850nM or 940nM) are almost totally discreet.

If a customer is concerned about the running costs of a system incorporating IR lighting LED lamps offer significantly lower power consumption, and the lifetime of bulbs are much longer.

The unit also contains a daylight sensor that will only activate the infra red lamp when the light level drops below 1 LUX.

The infrared lamp is suitable for indoor or exterior use, typical usage would be to provide additional IR illumination for CCTV cameras.
