H.264 VS MPEG4 VS MJPEG VS WAVELET?

H.264  Smallest Video File Size and could squeeze through very weak bandwidth like Mobile Phone. As you may know, Mobile Phone does NOT display big screen. Due to small screen, Video is ACCEPTABLE.

If Display / View from Normal Desktop / Notebook 17" & above Monitor - Single Screen or 4 Screen, Video will be Blur and Grayish. Face or Currency could not be identified, Human face will be Pixelise, Grainy, Blocky / Burry.

User with Expectation will not be able to accept.                                                                                                   (H.264 had removed All Contrast, Brightness, Gain to make itself smaller and lighter)
