1) Table to be used as a guide only. 

                                           2) Calculation based on 4 cameras, 1fps, 12 hour recording per day (motion                                     setting), 7 days a week. To increase frame rate use the number of weeks divided by the frame rate.

                                             i.e.  80G HDD for low setting, 5 frames recording = 5/5 =1 week.

                                                      600G HDD for low setting, 5 frames recording = 40/ 5 = 8 weeks

                       3) To increase camera to eight, divide the weeks by 2.

                                       i.e. 8 cameras 80G HDD 1 fps, 12 hours recording per day = 5/2 = 2.5 weeks.
